At Outfit Journey, we take great pride in creating custom-made clothing designed to your exact preferences. Please read through our updated shipping policy, which includes the full production timeline and shipping details.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Each order is custom-made and goes through several stages to ensure the highest quality and fit. Please note the following production timeline before your item is ready for shipment:
- Custom Printing :Designs you send is processed and custom printed on high quality fabrics.Processing time for custom printing is 4-7 business days .

Custom Making :
We tailor the outfit based on your exact measurements and preferences to create the perfect fit. Processing time for custom Making is another 4-5 business days .
Total Production Time:
Approximately 10 Business days for fabric printing and custom making (excluding shipping). Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and customization.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of the order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping method you choose and your location.

- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 12-14 business days after production.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Basic, cost-effective shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can track the status of your order via the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Weather disruptions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Public holidays or high-demand seasons
If there are any significant delays, we will notify you and do our best to resolve the issue.
6. Shipping to PO Boxes
Currently, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
7. Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that the shipping details you provide (address, contact number, etc.) are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@outfitjourney.com
9. Missing or Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.
10. Return Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the item.
